Welcome to Candy's on the Vaal River. A super friendly and secure venue where everyone meets to watch the spectacular sunsets on the banks of the river, whilst sipping cocktails.
 

Stay over for the weekend, or even overnight in our comfortable accommodation and let the atmosphere relax you to the point that you will feel you've had a long, restful vacation!

There are communal braai areas scattered around the property.

Stay over in one of our comfortable log cabins, nestled in amongst the trees.
 
Relax on the balcony and leave the stress of everyday activities behind!

These 2 sleeper cabins each have a small bar fridge, microwave oven, kettle & toaster
and crockery and cutlery for two people. There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin in each cabin.

Each cabin is furnished with 2 single beds.  Linen and  bathroom towels are supplied  - just bring towels for the swimming pool.

On the balcony outside the pub, we have a quaint 2 sleeper flat with a double bed.

This two sleeper flat has a small bar fridge, microwave oven, kettle & toaster and crockery and cutlery for two people.

We have 2 self-catering chalets which sleep two per chalet,

The kitchens are all equipped with a bar-fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and crockery and cutlery

We also have one 4 sleeper self-catering unit with a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a comfortable double fold-out sleeper couch in the lounge area.

OUR LUXURY SUITE

For those with a larger family, we have a unit that sleeps 4-6 people.  It has a separate bedroom with a king sized bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, and then 2 bunk beds in the lounge area.

There is a separate fully equipped, kitchen with a small dining area.
The bathroom has a bath, twin basins as well as a large shower.
  
There is an outdoor thatched patio, with a stunning view out over the river!

SUNSET STRIP

Above our boathouses, we have built 4 self-catering flats which sleep 4.  They are double story, and have the most amazing views of the sunset over the river from the veranda -
- hence the name "Sunset strip".

The loft upstairs has two single beds and a large built in cupboard.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, stove with an oven, microwave, kettle and toaster
together with all your crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

The bathroom has a nice large shower with a plug for bathing the little ones.

Linen and  bathroom towels are supplied - just bring towels for the swimming pool.
